Beverly Lusiola, Operations Manager
In her role as Operations Manager, Beverly is responsible for the day to day running of London ADR’s service delivery. Her duties are geared towards improving the working environment and business processes. Beverly ensures that the systems London ADR has put in place for best practices and heightened parties/client experience are effective and sustained. She oversees the administrative and case management processes, from initial contact right through to completion and any post-mediation matters. Beverly has a background in Information Technology and previously worked for many years in a FTSE 100 company. She then moved into the public sector including the health industry and education, where most of her work involved handling sensitive data. As such, Beverly became interested in Cyber Law and decided to pursue a Law degree, during which time she came across mediation and has not looked back since. She went on to become an accredited Civil And Commercial Mediator shortly after completing her legal studies.
Due to her extensive background, Beverly has a wide range of resources from which she can gain inspiration as a mediator. She believes that dialogue is a great way to resolve problems, “one just needs to talk it through”. Beverly’s kind and calm approach to all mediations enables her to create and maintain a trusting relationship with all the parties to the mediation. She is able to remain calm and collected where emotions are running high and the situation is sensitive.
Beverly is a member of LawWorks, which provides free legal and mediation support to individuals and community groups who cannot afford to pay for it and as a result, she has gained vast experience working with and within the community. Beverly enjoys reading fictional and non-fictional books as a way of relaxing and participates in indoor and outdoor sports. She is also involved in charity work and plays a significant role in London ADR’s charitable projects.
