We attribute our success to the caliber, diversity and well-roundedness of our people. We take pride in celebrating our differences and promoting a culture of support, respect, friendship and equality amongst our people and towards others.
We encourage our mediators to go beyond the annual CPD requirements by the CMC in order to continue to maintain up-to-date and sound mediation expertise. We also create opportunities around the world that helps to enhance the personal and professional development of our people.
We extend our support to young and new mediators to assist them in the path of building a career in mediation, whether or not they are affiliated to London ADR. Our commitment to the mediation profession ensures that we provide whatever support we can to help as many newly qualified mediators as possible in order for them to achieve the professional development they desire.
What we do

- We encourage our mediators to take part in our Mediation Awareness Programme for their professional development and to fulfil their CPD requirements.
- We create international opportunities for our mediators to continue to broaden their mediation experience.
- We are working with our partners on an Internship programme for students to gain experience by shadowing our Lead Mediators.
