How We Deliver Our Services
London ADR is a modern and ambitious international ADR organisation that embraces all technological advancements to make our services more accessible to our clients. The idea is to drastically reduce the costs of logistics and other service delivery related costs, wherever possible, giving you an even more affordable service.
We use various secure online platforms including our bespoke online software to deliver our services both locally and internationally.
Some straight-forward and generally suitable matters we mediate can be conducted over the telephone. The duration of telephone mediation can be from 1 – 2 hours or more, depending on the circumstances.
We will usually arrange a neutral and mutually suitable venue to the parties, where mediation can take place with all the parties and their legal/other representatives, if any, present. Our office complex is ideal for mediation – located on Innova Park, Enfield, just off the M25 (junction 25), with catering provided. This method is usually conducted with the parties in separate rooms, but a single room may also be used, depending on the judgment of the mediator and requirements of the parties. We also conduct international face-to-face mediation.
Our services can be delivered within your organisation, based on the particular mediation service requested. For instance Preventative Mediation or training can be delivered in-house. We can also mediate disputes in-house where the environment is conductive.
Our mode of mediation delivery is decided through a collaborative process. We will work with the parties to decide the most suitable mode of delivery including the location, depending on the service provided. In all cases the parties must be satisfied and agree to the mode/location of delivery.
